    Dear Jon,

    God I love starting a note to you that way. You’ve got to stop leaving evidence in this that lets your coworkers find you when they google something like “Safeword Token.” It scares me that the best way I can get help with broken security tools at work is through your personal blog…..

    I guess it is better you found me by googling for “Safeword Token” than some of the other search strings that bring people across my site. As far as our broken tools at work go what can I say … you most likely have more ability to do something to fix them for the better than I do.
