    Hi Stacy,

    I believe you can find it on 12TH Ave in downtown Portland. It is on top of Jake’s Famous Crawfish Restaurant.

    I just wish the picture turned out better. I’ll have to snap another one next time I’m downtown and it isn’t overcast.
