Kubrick

Last night I went ahead and applied Michael Heilemann’s Kubrick theme for WordPress. I have desired a more polished and professional look for my site, however, I lack the artistic flair and CSS-fu to make a change. Thank you Michael for sharing your design!

I am still working out some minor kinks with it as it was originally designed to run from the root of a site and not from a nested directory. Feel free to drop me an email if you notice anything that is still terribly broken.

  1. The new design looks great! It’s a lot easier to read and just has a much cleaner feel. I’m using Firefox 0.9.2 and everything looks fine.

  2. Thanks. Michael Heilemann, the designer, deserves the credit. I still have some kinks to work out but overall I’m pretty happy.

I’m glad to hear you are using FireFox :)

  3. Hi Jon, I hope you get around to doing the ‘step-by-step’ thing as I for one would appreciate reading it. I’ve been trying to use/implement Michael’s great template/theme and, I think I have it working, though I’m a blind person working in the dark.

Will you post in the ‘Kubrick’ comments thread about the guide?
