Aspyr has announced that they will be porting Civilization IV to the Mac. Kick ass!

New Robotech
Much to my surprise, Harmony Gold is producing a sequel to Robotech, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. The site is light on details; however, it looks like the new series will pick up after the end of the 3rd Robotech war. Robotech was hands down my favorite television show as a kid so I’m pretty excited to see it continue on.
Columbus Day
One of the nice things about working for a financial services company is that our offices were closed today in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. I am at a loss to explain why this is observed since Columbus was neither an American nor did he ever visit North America during his voyages - but who am I to knock a three day weekend.
October
I can’t believe it is October already. In keeping with tradition Heather and I went out to Suave Island to go find some pumpkins. Photographic evidence of the event can be found here.
I also got around to updating our photo gallery to Gallery 2.0. I have to give the development team major kudos as the both the upgrade and import process were surprisingly painless.
