The guys from NiceMac.com released the 1.1 version of SiriusMac. It adds a number of features to this already great app and had a new easier installer. I’ve been running the various beta releases for about a month and it rocks!

It’s been listed at a Staff Pick this week on http://www.apple.com
My name was released for the first time of this project. Twenty five years ago the same Todd Bruss, aka Goodtime, created a Commodore 64 shoot ‘em up arcade style video game called, Laser Eagle v2. It was made with Gary Kitchen’s Game-maker by Activision.
SiriusMac v1.1 has had a very successful launch. Thanks again for the plug and support.
Sincerely,
Todd Bruss
SiriusMac v1.1.2 update is out. This version should help out brand new users and contains minor bugs fixes. Recommended for all users.
From the Update ReadMe:
“SiriusMac v1.1.2
This is only an application update.
If you are a new user, you can use our built in Setup tools for SiriusMac or if you would like, you can download the v1.1 JaS installer on http://www.SiriusMac.com.
If you cannot drag SiriusMac v1.1.2 to your applications folder and SiriusMac v1.1 is installed, please open the Applications folder and throw away the old SiriusMac app, and then copy SiriusMac v1.1.2 to your Applications folder.
v1.1.2 Bug fixes:
1. Login window appears automatically if it’s not set.
2. Fixed Preflight Check for Posix paths with Symlinks (Thank you Hypert).
3. Added a check if Do Script command is not working with the Terminal.
4. If this is a new install, SiriusMac will automatically bring up the Setup tab if MacPython and/or BeautifulSoup is not installed.”
v1.1.5 is here.. now with a Google Left/Click-Lyrics and Scroll/Click-Lyrics. Click on the first word of either the Artist or Song for an I’m feeling lucky style search. If you don’t like what it gives you and you prefer to choose from the Google search results and you have a scroll wheel mouse, Click on the dead area towards the middle to right side to make sure the SiriusMac window is active. Next, Scroll either up or down and watch what happens.
Pretty cool eh?
This suggestion was submitted by one of our users on Nicemac.com. It was quick and easy to implement. And we’ve coined some nice catch phrases to describe this new feature.

I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT VIZUALMENANCE IS THE CREATOR AND MAIN DEVELOPER OF SIRIUSMAC.
THANK YOU!
GOODTIME IS ALSO A DEVELOPER OF SIRIUSMAC.
In other words, SiriusMac has been developed by Barry Walters aka VizualMenace, and Todd Bruss aka Goodtime.
